Description Professional - Clinical Summary: The Social Work Team Lead provides clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary social work team within an academic hospital setting. This role supports highquality, patientcentered social work services across the continuum. This leader will serve as a subject matter expert for social workers working within the hospital units and serve as a clinical mentor, operational resource, and liaison among physicians, trainees, nursing, care management, and ancillary departments to optimize patient flow, outcomes, and experience.
