Summary:
The Program Management Specialist role is responsible for drafting work plans, monitoring day to day activities, timelines and other operational aspects of assigned program including development of program materials and tools. With minimal direction, this role may lead one or more small programs.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or relevant field required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of relevant work experience demonstrating knowledge of project coordination, administrative practices, and hospital/healthcare systems required.
