Responsibilities WHAT YOU DO By creating a culture to serve and execute without boundaries, you attract, hire and retain the best possible talent . You understand that Food & Beverage needs can change at any moment, and you adapt with ease. You oversee and manage all departmental expenses, including labor, to insure a return on investment for our owners. Being hands-on and training your team is one of the most important pieces of your day-to-day. Assist in the direction to operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods. Delegate and assist with the duties to prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Give direction for the set-up and break down workstation. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Qualifications WHO YOU ARE You are decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader.
