HR Operations Manager (HRIS) Hybrid Schedule

We are recruiting an HR Operations Manager on behalf of our client to support the continued growth and scalability of their organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring data integrity, optimizing HR systems and processes, and delivering accurate reporting that supports business and people strategy.

Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, this position partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to drive efficient, compliant, and employee focused HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing HR systems, working with data, and serving as a key operational partner across the organization.

What You'll Do HR Operations & Systems Management
  • Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of ADP Workforce Now, serving as the primary point of contact for system updates, troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting
  • Oversee HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, data maintenance, and offboarding
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and collaboration with HR team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation for HR processes, workflows, system configurations, and access controls
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
  • Create, maintain, and automate standard and ad hoc reports related to headcount, turnover, workforce metrics, labor distribution, and compliance
  • Build dashboards and provide insights to HR leadership to support workforce planning, forecasting, and decision?making
  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data alignment across systems and reports
Process Improvement & Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve operational efficiency through system enhancements and process redesign
  • Support HR system upgrades, enhancements, and HR technology implementation projects
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to improve system integrations and resolve data flow issues
Compliance & Training
  • Support compliance and regulatory reporting, including EEOC, ACA, and other HR?related requirements
  • Provide training and ongoing support to employees and managers on HR systems and operational processes
  • Troubleshoot user access issues and help ensure a positive employee experience with HR tools
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data and reporting roles
  • Hands?on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership over data accuracy and process quality
  • Ability to translate data and system concepts for both technical and non?technical audiences
  • Experience supporting HR compliance activities is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast?paced environment
