Shift: Monday - Thursday (9 AM - 5 PM) + Fridays (9 AM - 2 PM)

In Bloomington, we're looking for a Office Assistant who knows how to get things done with a smile. You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and love a little fun at work, this one's for you.

What Makes You the One.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of office experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook) skills
• Data entry experience
• Detail-oriented
• Friendly, professional demeanor and calm energy

A Day in the Life.

Provide outstanding customer service to participants and teammates. Promptly respond to participant inquiries and complete work requests. Update spreadsheets as needed and complete timely and accurate data entry. Process mailings and assist with file organization.Assist with copying and distributing program information.Perform other duties as assigned.
