Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Shift: Must be available to work 2nd and 3rd Shift

Training will take place on the 1st and 2nd shift.

Floor-Ready Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience on the floor helps
• Lift, bend, move safely all day
• Dependable. Focused. Team-first.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
• Computer skills (Microsoft applications) | SAP experience a plus

On the Line

Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing production equipment-including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts-by performing changeovers, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Accurately record production output, quality inspections, preventative maintenance activities, and equipment performance metrics while conducting hourly quality checks and inspecting raw materials to ensure compliance with safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to improve line performance, meet or exceed production goals, and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
