Here's What's Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel
• Professional communication skills
• Able to work on-site and meet project deadlines

Preferred:

• Exposure to fixed asset or inventory processes
• SAP experience
• Audit support or reconciliation experience
• Experience using barcode scanners or asset tagging tools

Your Daily Focus

Conduct physical counts of fixed assets (office, warehouse, production areas). Validate tag numbers, serial numbers, and asset descriptions. Identify and document missing, damaged, moved, or untagged assets. Apply or replace asset tags per company policy. Reconcile findings to the fixed asset register and flag discrepancies. Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation. Perform data entry and cleanup in Excel and SAP. Coordinate with department contacts for asset verification. Follow safety procedures and internal controls.
