  • Support post-sale engagement execution by maintaining high service quality and identifying opportunities for expanded services

  • Mentor and provide guidance to Staff and Senior Staff Accountants, reviewing work and offering constructive feedback

  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, maintaining strong project management and organizational skills

  • Support business development initiatives through participation in proposals, networking events, and relationship-building activities

Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of experience in outsourced accounting, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or public accounting

  • CPA, CMA, CGMA, ACCA, or progress toward certification preferred

  • Experience managing multiple clients or engagements simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of GAAP (IFRS experience a plus)

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving client needs

  • Proficiency with accounting and financial systems such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Bill.com, Ramp, ADP, Paycor, Gusto, Expensify, and advanced Excel
