Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming customer experience. This is a driving post, requiring a valid drivers license, and includes routine vehicle patrols, timely reporting, and clear communication with onsite teams while living our agile, reliable, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and/or associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances and exits, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or suspected theft, and escalate issues per post orders.
• Monitor activity for unusual behavior and potential policy violations, help to deter theft and/or property damage through high-visibility presence, and report observations to management.
• Complete routine reports and maintain accurate documentation of incidents, patrols, and guest interactions; communicate with supervisors and/or local authorities as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
