Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Financial Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making. Your focus will be on financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support development of operating plans and financial strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor product performance and provide insightful ROI analysis. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

A Day in the Life...

* Responsible for financial analysis of our commercial business units, including variance analysis of monthly financial performance.
* Coordinate monthly close and accrual activities with business partners and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes.
* Preparation of data to be included in financial reporting deliverables to senior leadership.
* Assist the team in the development of the annual operating plan and rolling monthly financial forecasts by providing data, analysis, and insight.
* Identifying and driving process improvements to drive efficiency and improved insight into financial activity.
* Support product level financial performance both pre and post launch, including Return on Investment analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

* Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an analyst or accountant
* Strong analytical skills along with proficient knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Must be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlines
* Systems application experience on PowerBI and SAP is a plus

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 1 Year of Experience
