We have an opportunity for aWarehouse Technicianto join ourNorth Aurora, ILteam. You willfollow all safety rules while assembling, painting, and moving products using forklifts, power tools, and lifting equipment. Theyare responsible forverifying parts, maintaining 5S standards, and meeting production goals in afast-pacedenvironment.

You will:

• Follow all documented safety rules and practices.
• Utilize forklifts to moveproductswithin the facility.
• Utilize spraygunto paint products.
• Assembleproductsbyutilizingpower hand tools.
• Verify parts to ensure they are correctperbill of material & pick list.
• Useproperlifting techniques both manually and with lift assist devices including overhead crane to move products.
• Perform daily Leanmanufacturing 5Sactivities.
• Work in afast-pacedenvironment and meet daily production goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical ability and prior experience with power hand tools.
• Ability tooperatea forklift.
• Ability to read andcomprehendfacility orders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able tolift upto 40 pounds.

Shift/Hours:

• 2ndshift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday
• Training to be completed on 1st shift for up to six weeks (7am - 3pm)

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is:$26.98/hr. (Plus 0.45 cents shift differential while working on 2nd shift)Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
