Senior Project Manager (Creative Operations) Hours: 20-25 Hours/Week Location: must be in the US,Fully Remote (PST/MNT Preferred) W2 Contract Duration: Late March 2026 - End of 2026 Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support and partner closely with Creative Leadership in reimagining how creative work gets done. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence across creative teams, helping streamline workflows, and taking ownership of project management systems-specifically Monday.com. This is a hands-on, strategic, and highly autonomous role suited for someone who thrives in creative environments and enjoys building structure within fast-paced teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with Creative Leadership to strategize and improve creative team workflows Lead and optimize project management processes across design and content teams Own and manage Monday.com, including structure, tracking, reporting, and improvements Ensure projects move efficiently from concept to delivery Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between creative and key stakeholders Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions Create clarity around timelines, deliverables, and priorities Team Structure Works closely with: Creative Director Design Director Content Director Collaborates with additional internal stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience Proven experience managing creative teams (design, content, brand, marketing) Strong expertise using Monday.com Experience in brand and/or marketing operations (preferred) Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a remote environment Ideal Candidate Profile Proactive and self-directed Strong problem solver Comfortable taking ownership and "running the show" Highly organized with exceptional follow-through Confident communicator across creative and stakeholder groups Process-minded but adaptable The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40-$42 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
