Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.



Position Overview

We are hiring an Integration Project Manager for a shortterm engagement to lead and coordinate SSO initiatives involving Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta. This is a project management role focused on planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, risk mitigation, and delivery oversight rather than handson technical implementation.



Responsibilities

    Project leadership: Own project plan, schedule, milestones, and deliverables for Entra ID and Okta SSO initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as primary point of contact for business owners, application teams, security, IT operations, and external vendors.
  • Scope and requirements: Drive discovery workshops, capture business and compliance requirements, and translate them into clear acceptance criteria.
  • Vendor and partner coordination: Manage thirdparty vendors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Risk and issue management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks; escalate blockers and maintain an issues log.
  • Cutover and change management: Plan and coordinate cutover activities, rollback plans, and communication to impacted users.


Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business analysis and integration.
  • Strong understanding of SSO technologies and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement integration plans.
  • Experience with federal business processes and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Experience in process design and modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based business solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience working with federal agencies.
  • Certification in business analysis or related fields.
  • Knowledge of VA systems and processes.
  • Experience in managing business integration for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of network and infrastructure integration.
  • Experience in system migration and modernization.
