Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing various Structures Engineering functions such as entering data into the repairs tracking system as well as providing support with other projects as needed.

Major Job Accountabilities:

As aligned to the Structures Engineering department specific needs, the following key tasks will be assigned to the Intern for the duration of the Internship.



  • Under supervision:
  • Perform entry level Engineering duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for professional training
  • Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance
  • May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports
  • Assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the Company's organizational structure
  • Coordination and follow through to completion on all assigned projects
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned; specific activities vary by assignment


Qualifications:



  • Current enrollment in college/university/trade school required
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well alone or with others
  • Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel preferred
  • General knowledge of aircraft structures preferred

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.

$24 $26 USD
