Quantitative Research Analyst Overview We are seeking a datadriven Quantitative Research Analyst to support global brand tracking and a variety of automotive servicerelated research studies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, excellent statistical reasoning, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will manage ongoing global research programs, collaborate with international teams, and oversee vendor execution to ensure highquality, accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage global brand tracking studies, including survey design, cadence management, and quarterly deliverables across multiple countries. - Collaborate with external research vendors to ensure accurate execution, data quality, and proper study methodology. - Review, validate, and edit quantitative research reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business priorities. - Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, shifts, and insights that inform business and marketing decisions. - Present findings to international market teams and internal stakeholders; facilitate discussions on trends, drivers of change, and recommendations. - Manage adhoc quantitative studies across areas such as certified service, Protection Plan, insurance, brand health, and customer experience. - Partner with country teams to incorporate localized needs, brand additions, or question modifications during annual planning. - Support integration of tracking data into strategic tools (e.g., brand power matrices used for advertising and marketing decisions). Required Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of quantitative research experience (5+ preferred). - Strong statistical analysis skills and comfort working with complex datasets. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Qualtrics. - Experience with analytical software such as SPSS, MTAB, or similar tools. - Strong survey design and quantitative methodology experience. - Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee research execution. - Strong attention to detail and ability to independently review and correct reports. - Excellent communication skills, including comfort presenting findings to crossfunctional teams. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) - Knowledge of qualitative methods (moderator guides, interviews, ethnography), though not required. - Experience in global or multicountry research programs. - Automotive industry experience. *Skills* ux design, Human-computer interaction, Usability, User experience research, Ux research, User research, Usability testing, Qualitative research, Quantitative research *Top Skills Details* ux design,Human-computer interaction,Usability,User experience research *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Be willing to work in our Warren tech center offices a minimum of three days a week - typically Tuesday through Thursday Be willing to work in person more frequently when studies require Be willing to work "in field" outside of our Warrant tech center facility when studies require Be willing and able to work in a fast paced organization without compromising the quality of their work Be willing and able to manage multiple research studies at a time - upwards of 4-5 Have strong stakeholder management skills - confidence, strong relationship building skills, etc. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of WARREN, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $68.00/hr.
