About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Title Processing Specialist to support our vehicle title operations. In this role, you will manage incoming title issues, review and process titles from multiple states, and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and marketable. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and providing excellent communication across teams and customers. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly and professionally to incoming title issues via email, text, and phone * Take ownership of each title issue-seeing it through to completion or escalating appropriately * Process and review vehicle titles from multiple states with a focus on accuracy and compliance * Receive and log incoming packages (UPS, FedEx, USPS) * Distribute titles to the correct department or team member * Create documents needed to support title marketability * Sort titles by VIN and route them to the correct buyer * Upload and record verified titles in the system Required Skills & Experience * 1+ years of hands-on vehicle title processing experience * Strong understanding of the title process and related documentation * Proven ability to manage title-related issues from start to finish * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail and accuracy in document review * Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Top Skills for Success * Title processing expertise * Strong communication * Organization & accuracy * Problem-solving and issue resolution * Ownership and follow-through Why Join Us? * Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, supportive environment * A role where your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction * Room for growth and development within title operations * Collaborative team culture Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
