We are seeking skilled Commercial Low Voltage Installation Technicians to support projects across the Memphis area. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on commercial cabling experience who wants to grow with a team that promotes from within. Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage systems in commercial environments. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. * Run, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 cabling; punch down to blocks and patch panels. * Install and program low-voltage devices (security, A/V, telecom). * Troubleshoot wiring and connectivity issues. * Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and time on site. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. * Provide professional customer service on active job sites. * Ensure all work meets local and national codes. Must-Have Skills * 1+ year of commercial low-voltage installation experience. * Proven ability to run, terminate, and punch down Cat5/Cat6. * Must be located in Memphis, TN with reliable transportation. * Ability to read and interpret prints and diagrams. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. * Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Valid driver's license. Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with CCTV systems. * Experience with access control systems. Additional Qualifications * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and within a team. * Good communication and customer interaction skills. * High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus). * Ability to work in commercial construction environments, both active and new builds. * Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working on ladders, and navigating job site conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
