Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $63,150.00/Yr. - USD $105,200.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Providing juniorlevel financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting support for DoD contract administration
  • Assisting senior finance staff with cost estimates, variance analyses, and preparation of financial briefings for government stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline (ABET/CAE) or an associate's degree with fouryears of experience or six years of experience
  • Active DoD TopSecret clearance (or higher)
  • Three or more productive years in financial analysis (CSWF Junior)


Desired Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query)
  • Experience with financialmanagement systems (e.g., Deltek, SAP FI)
  • Ability to prepare costbenefit analyses, budget forecasts, and variance reports
  • Strong analytical mindset; attention to detail in data reconciliation
  • Excellent written communication for clear financial briefings and reports
  • Familiarity with DoD budgeting rules (FAR, DFARS) and costaccounting standards
  • CFA LevelI or CPA (in progress) is a plus.


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY



Travel Requirements

  • Domestic travel up to10% of the year (2weeks)
  • International travel less than 5% of the year, only when required for overseas coordination and clearance approval
