Payroll and Time Administration Analyst Job Locations

Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Payroll and Time Administration Analyst supporting the Finance division. The position is located in Wakefield, MA. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Coordinates and monitors employee time submissions and management of time collection (software Deltek). Sets up new employees and updates all employee changes in the Deltek/CostPoint system. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Administrative Management or equivalent Years of Experience: 3-5 Certifications: N/A Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Administrative Management or equivalent Education: 3-5 Years of experience: Certifications: FPC preferred Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal employment and payroll laws and regulations.
