What to Expect
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager, Content Creation & Communication to lead endtoend service awareness and lifecycle communication for the Tesla Semi. In this role, you will own customer education, customerfacing documentation, and the promotion of service programs that drive adoption, quality, and efficiency across the Semi service ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Service Quality, IT, Engineering, Learning & Development, Business Development, and regional service teams to develop, refine, and deploy content that supports service operations and enhances customer understanding. Success in this role requires strong organizational and program management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to connect complex technical information to clear, userfocused messaging. The ideal candidate thrives in fastmoving environments, takes projects from concept through execution with discipline, and is a collaborative and a highly communicative team member.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to build awareness for Semi service programs offerings
- Create clear, compelling content and messaging that articulate the value of the Tesla Semi service ecosystem
- Lead endtoend development of program announcements, demandgeneration communications, service campaigns, service bulletins, and customerfacing service materials
- Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data for insights, refine strategies, and drive improvements that elevate the customer experience
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and consistency across all customerfacing materials
- Develop scalable content frameworks, templates, and style guidelines to streamline production and maintain message consistency across channels
- Manage content operations, including content calendars, workflow development, review cycles, and timely delivery of all Semi service communications
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in technology, manufacturing, automotive, or trucking industries, ideally with exposure to product marketing or B2B customer environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft both technical and customerfacing messaging. Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple crossfunctional teams and managing complex projects with competing timelines. Working knowledge of program development lifecycles and program management methodologies
- Ability to support and scale existing programs while contributing to the development and launch of new initiatives. Must also have a track record of identifying and driving process improvements to strengthen program operations
- Experience creating and deploying content across internal and external communication channels
- On-site availability Monday-Friday, with flexibility to accommodate business needs. Ability to travel 25% of the time

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
