A Day In The Life
Under the direction of the Manager, Integrated Media, the Senior Media Analyst is responsible for keeping integrated media plans in motion and operational execution in collaboration with agency teams and internal stakeholders while contributing to strategic planning, performance optimization, and cross-tier collaboration. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across media planning, agency outputs, financial processes, and measurement. The Media Analyst plays a critical role in media co-op and financial support, stewardship of media buys, and delivery of clear, accurate reporting that enables data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement across New Car, Fixed Ops, and GST objectives.

As a Sr Analyst, Integrated Media you will:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated media strategies across Search, Social, Display, and Video (Linear and CTV/OTT).
  • Lead the review and quality assurance of agency deliverables, ensuring accuracy across media plans, flowcharts, buy summaries, and multi-DMA campaigns.
  • Manage media plans, budgets, pacing, and revisions, proactively identifying performance risks and optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee execution of day-to-day campaign operations, including audience activation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting with actionable insights.
  • Support media financial operations, including PO tracking, invoice reconciliation, co-op processes, and audit coordination (IAS/Ebiquity).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Agencies, Field Teams, and partners to ensure seamless integrated media execution.
  • Partner with the Media Manager to advance strategic initiatives, support Parts & Services media efforts, and drive continuous improvement across the media organization.

What We Need From You

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 4-6 years' experience in advertising, marketing, or automotive field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience supporting integrated media campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video (Linear and CTV/OTT).
  • Strong understanding of media planning, budget management, pacing, and performance optimization across multiple DMAs.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and quality-check agency deliverables, media plans, and campaign documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with KPI tracking, campaign reporting, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of media financial processes, including PO management, invoice reconciliation, co-op programs, and audit coordination.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements

20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
