As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to requests, document observations, and communicate clearly while delivering standout customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership per protocol.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and interior spaces for policy compliance, issue temporary badges or visitor passes as directed, and/or assist with directing authorized personnel to the correct location.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs documenting patrols, observations, and incidents, and/or preserve information for follow-up by management and local authorities when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have two or more years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
