JOB SUMMARY A Manufacturing Manager at Doble Engineering will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles and exceptional communication skills to join our team. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. This role drives execution to meet and exceed KPI's while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and product quality. The Manufacturing Manager champions continuous improvement initiatives across the operation, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes. This leader fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence throughout the production floor. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping teams, the Manufacturing Manager ensures seamless coordination from production through final shipment. This role proactively identifies and resolves constraints, aligns resources to demand, and supports new product introductions and process improvements to meet customer commitments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to drive results through others, and a proven track record of meeting shipping schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
