Compensation Range:24.50 - 26.80 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location. Job Purpose Directly responsible for the complete operation of a designated production area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlog Assist in hiring decisions and the selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge, including evaluations and performance reviews Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation Conduct training of assigned personnel Maintain safety of work area according to company safety requirements Qualifications Minimum Qualifications This position contains supervisory responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years related experience in production field 1-year supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize work Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, management, vendors, and customers Work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
