Position Responsibilities

Join us to redefine how work gets done in an AI-First enterprise! We're seeking a Senior Principal, AI Transformation Lead to lead workforce and process redesign efforts that turn AI investments into measurable business value. In this role, you'll partner deeply with business functions, HR, and AI engineering teams to rethink end-to-end processes, redesign roles, and embed AI and automation directly into core operations. Reporting to the Director of AI Business Transformation within the AI Center of Excellence, you'll be responsible for value realization: establishing baselines, defining KPIs, and ensuring redesigned work delivers real outcomes, not just AI usage. This is a high impact individual contributor role for someone energized by complex transformation, human-machine collaboration, and the challenge of proving AI's value through better ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business functions to redesign work processes that meaningfully embed AI and automation to deliver greater business outcomes
  • Serve as a liaison between business functions and AI engineering teams to ensure solutions align to business needs and measurable outcomes

  • Partner with AI Change & Enablement leads to ensure redesigned processes are adopted and sustained in day-to-day work, such that business outcomes can be realized.

  • Conduct readiness and impact analysis for workforce and capability implications of AI-first work redesign

  • Work closely with HR to guide role evolution, capability definition, and reskilling strategies required for realizing AI value

  • Lead value measurement for AI use cases and redesigned work processes, including baselining, KPI development, process telemetry, and behavioral metrics

  • Support AI Center of Excellence governance activities related to use case intake, prioritization, and ongoing benefit realization

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange, and cross-functional alignment across global teams and business units

Success looks like:

  • Key business processes redesigned to embed AI with measurable value outcomes

  • Clear ROI and value tracking for AI-enabled work redesign and AI use cases

  • Business and HR alignment on evolved roles, skills, and operating models

Qualifications


  • 9+ of experience in enterprise transformation, process redesign, or consulting, with demonstrated accountability for measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to quantify business value and drive data informed decisions

  • Ability to translate business processes into AIenabled workflows and identify where human-machine collaboration creates the most impact

  • Deep stakeholder management experience across senior leaders, global teams, and cross-functional partners

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI principles, and impact on work, roles, and operating models

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills suited to complex transformation environments

  • Ability to build and leverage AI tools in transformation and process redesign work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within AI Centers of Excellence, transformation offices, or innovation teams

  • Background in management consulting with exposure to multiple industries and transformation methodologies

  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, PMP,ProsciChange Management)

  • Direct experience implementing AI solutionsandleading AI-driven transformation initiatives

Compensation Info

The U.S. salary range for this position is $103,500.00-$183,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
