Job Title: Materials Planner

Location: Naperville IL 60540

Duration: 6+ months



Pay Range: $48/hr. - $50/hr.



About the Role:

The Role

As a Materials SAP Analyst, you will be a vital link in our site production scheduling and materials management process. Working closely with the Supply Chain Management team, you will leverage SAP to ensure our production lines have exactly what they need, when they need it, to keep the world snacking.

How You Will Contribute

Your expertise will drive operational excellence through the following responsibilities:



  • Production Scheduling: Convert weekly supply planning orders into detailed production and finite scheduling orders.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Lead weekly scheduling meetings with Product Supply to adjust the plant's production schedule based on real-time needs.
  • Order Management: Maintain and close process orders weekly, adjusting daily as necessary. Manage orders in APO to ensure EWM effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Planning: Ensure short-, medium-, and long-term plans align with current-week process orders to maintain master schedule compliance.
  • Material Reliability: Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning), including material call-offs for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors/carriers to preempt supply chain disruptions. Collaborate with Business Development (BD) on supply chain setups for new product launches.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in Plant DMS (Daily Management System), support IBP (Integrated Business Planning) dashboard completion, and adopt IL6S (Integrated Lean 6 Sigma) ways of working to eliminate loss.
  • Capability Building: Act as a subject matter expert to build SAP planning system capabilities for yourself and other Key Users.
