This position serves as a key HR leader supporting three executive stakeholders and providing strategic HR guidance for a global workforce of approximately 2,800 sales and service employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct oversight of 8 and indirect oversight of approximately 16 other HR team members. Qualifications
COMPETENCIES: Successful candidates will have demonstrated successful experience working in a global organization leading a HR team in multiple countries across the full spectrum of HR: Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Strategic Planning, Unions, Due Diligence, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Recruitment & Onboarding, Change Management, Process Improvement, Lean and Performance Management.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience: Four-year degree and 10-15 plus years of progressive experience in HR. Demonstrated ability to lead large HR groups within a complex environment across multiple countries. Proven ability to work with other business units in support of global initiatives. Attainment of a graduate degree is highly desirable as is experience working outside of HR (Operations, Sales, etc.) in support of a manufacturing organization.Language Skills: Fluency in English required. Any other language skills a plus.Mathematical Skills: Ability to understand basic finance and ability to develop and present business cases in support of projects required.Computer Skills: Must be reasonably competent with current applications/technology. Successful candidate will navigate business systems and utilize own skills when developing spreadsheets, presentations, performing analysis, etc.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PHR, CP or equivalent required.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage up critical.Other Qualifications: Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.TRAVEL REQUIRED: Will involve travel throughout the globe.
