Hutchinson Health is seeking a dynamic and passionate Nurse Manager to lead our 12bed Inpatient Mental Health Unit, serving both adolescents and adults. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our program is known for compassionate, evidencebased care delivered through strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

As Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting the vision, culture, and clinical direction of Inpatient Mental Health Services. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and work in close partnership with psychiatry, social services, and hospital leadership to ensure safe, highquality, and patientcentered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Inpatient Mental Health Unit
• Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical quality outcomes
• Foster a supportive, engaged, and highperforming nursing team through coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Officer and the Mental Health Medical Director
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with other Nurse Managers across the organization to support shared initiatives and operational alignment

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Minnesota license
• Clinical experience in Mental Health, with demonstrated leadership capability
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and sound clinical judgment
• BSN preferred
• 3-7 years of clinical experience required; prior leadership experience preferred
