The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 306 Pay Range: $60,300.00 - $90,500.00Job Description The Enrollment Learning and Development Partner designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs that enhance the effectiveness and competencies of enrollment staff. This role supports the full training lifecycle, including onboarding, technical skills development, sustainment training, and professional growth initiatives. It creates scalable eLearning and instructor-led experiences using best practices in instructional design using Agile project management principles. The Partner collaborates with subject matter experts to develop learning solutions such as classroom and virtual training, eLearning modules, job aids, and performance support tools. Additionally, this role supports high-profile training projects, partners with leadership on talent development, and provides data-driven insights to measure impact.
