Job Title: Production/Inventory Coordinator

Duration: 6 Months

Location: North Charleston, SC

Shifts: Variable shifts


1st shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM

2nd shift: 1:30 PM -10 PM

3rd shift: 10 PM - 5 AM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processes and moves production parts and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
  • Monitors and analyzes work in process.
  • Communicates the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability.
  • Identifies and resolves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
  • Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
  • Works under general supervision.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite, variable shift based on the needs of the business. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs, bend and lift items, package materials, and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to communicate closely with various cross-functional teams, customers, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting the manufacturing, warehousing, and/or retail industry for non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies.
  • Forklift license or ability to obtain a forklift license.



Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working with the ERPLN application.
  • 1+ years of experience working with the Order Manager application.
  • 1+ years of experience working with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker.
  • 1+ years of experience working with the Enablon application.
