Job Title: Production/Inventory Coordinator Duration: 6 Months Location: North Charleston, SC Shifts: Variable shifts 1st shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd shift: 1:30 PM -10 PM 3rd shift: 10 PM - 5 AM Primary Responsibilities: Processes and moves production parts and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions. Monitors and analyzes work in process. Communicates the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability. Identifies and resolves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes. Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays Works under general supervision. This position is expected to be 100% onsite, variable shift based on the needs of the business. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs, bend and lift items, package materials, and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to communicate closely with various cross-functional teams, customers, engineering, and manufacturing. 1+ years of experience supporting the manufacturing, warehousing, and/or retail industry for non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies. Forklift license or ability to obtain a forklift license. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience working with the ERPLN application. 1+ years of experience working with the Order Manager application. 1+ years of experience working with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker. 1+ years of experience working with the Enablon application.
