The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Product plays a key role in enabling informed product and portfolio decisions by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on understanding product performance, evaluating trade-offs, and supporting decisions related to product strategy.

Working closely with the Product team and other cross-functional partners, the Senior Financial Analyst, Global Product aggregates and analyzes information from multiple sources to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that enhance how products are designed, evaluated, and managed over time. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, the ability to synthesize insights into compelling narratives, and a collaborative, customer-centric mindset that ensures analytics are practical, relevant, and decision-oriented.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop analytical insights that support product and portfolio decision-making, including evaluations of product performance, trade-offs, and opportunities across the product lifecycle.

  • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of product performance and underlying drivers.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business questions, identify areas for improvement, and translate needs into structured analytical approaches.

  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations tailored to a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Design, build, and maintain analytical models, frameworks, tools, and recurring reporting that improve consistency and repeatability of product insights.

  • Identify gaps in data, metrics, or processes and collaborate with data and technical teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.

  • Support senior-level discussions and initiatives by preparing analyses and materials that inform product strategy and prioritization.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance analytical methodologies and elevate how product insights are delivered and consumed.

  • Apply a customer-centric mindset to ensure analytics are practical, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field

  • 3-6 years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related analytical role supporting business or product decisions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions and develop clear, data-driven insights

  • Demonstrated experience designing and using analytical models, frameworks, tools, and recurring reporting to support decision-making

  • Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools, including advanced Excel and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

  • Experience working with data from multiple systems and sources, and applying financial and operational data to product and portfolio analysis

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment

Work Environment:

  • Travel is estimated at 10%
