As a Solutions Engineer and key member of our sales organization, you will combine deep technical aptitude with strong business acumen to create high quality engagement opportunities for prospects and customers. You will partner closely with Sales to demonstrate the technical and business value of NAVEX's integrated risk and compliance platform through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.

At NAVEX, you will work in a hybrid role and thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success!

  • Growth That Matters. Ongoing feedback, enablement, and career progression.
  • Rewards for Results. Competitive compensation aligned to measurable impact.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct in depth technical discovery across security, compliance, integrations, data models, workflows, and reporting requirements
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and executive level presentations
  • Develop and support proof of concept (PoC) environments, including configuration, data modelling, and use case validation
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non technical audiences
  • Partner with Sales to support pipeline management, deal strategy, competitive positioning, and technical qualification
  • Evaluate customer environments, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend best practice solution architectures
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap, integrations, and customer outcomes
  • Use data and KPIs (e.g., win rate, time to close, attach rate) to continuously improve technical sales effectiveness

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in pre sales engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, implementation consulting, or technical SaaS roles
  • Proven success supporting complex SaaS sales cycles in B2B or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of value based and consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, including multi tenant platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to discuss security, privacy, and compliance concepts such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, data residency, and access controls at a practical level
  • Experience with GRC, risk management, compliance, ethics & integrity, ESG, or adjacent enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
  • Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders through credibility, clarity, and trust
  • Strong executive communication skills-written, verbal, and visual
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product and industry knowledge (selling), collaboration and effective communication while leveraging NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:

  • We'll be clear, we'll move fast, and we'll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make-and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
  • The starting pay for this role is $90,000 per annum and the target variable pay for this role is $10,000. Target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed.
