How you will make an impact The Associate Director, Human Resources supports assigned functional organization(s) in a Business Partner capacity while overseeing the day-to-day management of HR operations at a manufacturing facility, working closely with site leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives that foster organizational growth and support the company's long-term objectives. The Associate Director, Human Resources provides leadership coaching; pulls thru strategic initiatives; and provides counsel on recruiting, pay, benefits, and leave of absence scenarios while enforcing company policies and practices through a multitude of Employee Relations responsibilities. The most likely base pay range for this position is $154K - $215K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual's exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
