Engineers support projects across the United States and, when qualified, may have opportunities to support work in Europe and other international markets. - Field assignments provide exposure to operating nuclear plants, outage execution, and collaboration with utility customers in highly regulated technical environments. - Extended work schedules during outages are typical. - Straight time overtime is paid for hours worked beyond 40 per week. - A daily field incentive is provided during deployment. - All travel expenses are covered by the company. Qualifications * Required - Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or related field. - Willingness and ability to travel. - Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in structured, compliance driven environments. * Preferred - Internship or co-op experience in engineering or related. - Exposure to CAD or FEA tools. - Interest in nuclear power generation or energy infrastructure. * Compensation and Benefits - Base salary range: $70,000 to $75,000. - Straight time overtime during field assignments. - Deployment based field incentive. - Annual performance bonus. - 401k with company match. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
