Your Job

Molex is seeking a Supply Chain Project Leader to help shape the future of our global supply chain organization. In this high-impact role, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize planning systems, standardize execution processes, and elevate data-driven decision-making across a complex global manufacturing network.

You will partner directly with plant leaders, business unit stakeholders, and senior supply chain leadership to design scalable solutions that improve performance, increase visibility, and enable profitable growth. Our Team

The Molex Supply Excellence (SupEx) team serves as a global center of capability for supply chain transformation, partnering across business units and regions to elevate end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and digital enablement. Our work spans manufacturing sites, planning organizations, and enterprise systems, driving alignment and performance across supply chain teams worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Lead complex, cross-functional global supply chain transformation initiatives across planning and execution functions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leaders and business stakeholders on process design, system implementation, and operational improvements
  • Deliver advanced data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations
  • Define and implement global data standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating procedures to drive consistency and scalability
  • Champion digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, advanced planning systems (APS), dashboards, automation, and analytics solutions
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and system harmonization efforts to ensure seamless integration and aligned processes
  • Assess site performance and change readiness, influencing adoption of standardized best practices
  • Leverage external benchmarking and industry insights to continuously enhance Molex's supply chain capabilities
  • Influence stakeholders across regions and functions to align on priorities and drive sustainable results

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain or a related function within a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • Experience leading enterprise-level supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Practical knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/SD) or other ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience with advanced planning systems (Kinaxis, IBP, OMP, Blue Yonder, etc.)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards or leveraging data visualization tools
  • Experience applying Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proven success driving change management and accelerating adoption of new systems and processes
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
