The Call Center Specialist/Hospital Assistant 3 (HA3) will be responsible for the Anesthesia Preparedness Clinic (APC) clinic scheduling and management WQ, in-basket appointment request and master daily schedule APC appointment needs. Hospital assistant is responsible for answering APC Phone Lines. The hospital assistant is responsible for ensuring clinical documents requested are received and uploaded. Hospital assistant is responsible for clinic administrative duties such as template management, patient forms and in-basket management. The APC HA3 manage all inbound and outbound APC phones, APC clinic scheduling, referral and in-basket management as well as front desk check in and APC clinic admin to include ROI and patient follow up. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $57,399 - $71,347 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $27.49 - $34.17 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
