Required Qualifications:
Hands-on WFS configuration experience (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting)
Experience translating business requirements into WFS solutions
Experience in enterprise WFS deployments
Ability to work onsite 4 days/week and adapt in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred:
Manufacturing or automotive OEM experience
PMO/Jira governance experience
Union workforce exposure
Large enterprise deployments (10,000+ employees)
Canadian labor/timekeeping knowledge
WFS certifications
