To thrive as a Sr. Product Specialist, it is crucial to bring a strategic approach, strong curiosity, and the ability to translate insights into action! In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, Sales, Market Research, and interdepartmental groups to help develop product strategy. You will support new product development and improve brand differentiation. We work together to analyze competitive landscapes, develop roadmap plans, monitor product quality, and deliver insights that guide smarter business decisions. Your passion for innovation and your ability to connect end-user needs with product opportunities will help us build stronger, more impactful product lines!

Every day you will support product launches, analyze research and performance data, collaborate with marketing teams on commercialization, and partner with R&D/Quality to help maintain outstanding product quality across key categories. You'll support category reviews, create dashboards and analytics, and work with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, the Color Lab, and more to bring projects to life and move them across the finish line. We innovate, we collaborate, and we drive improvements that elevate the customer experience and grow the business

Here's what we're looking for:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; equivalent related experience may be considered in place of a BA in marketing.

  • 3-5 years of relevant business and/or marketing experience.

  • Problem solver who can support the creation of annual product and brand roadmaps and contribute to long-term category growth.

  • Development partner who actively participates in cross-functional teams to drive new products through the stagegate process and into the market.

  • You are data-focused. Initiate and analyze market studies, consumer insights, benchmarking, and concept testing to guide smarter product decisions.

  • Commercial collaborator who works with Marketing Shared Services to execute packaging, digital content, social campaigns, and launch plans that fuel end-user demand.

  • An analyst who stays ahead of industry shifts, competitive strategies, and category trends to help shape winning product positioning.

  • Meticulous marketer with strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven outlook, and the curiosity to grow into an industry expert.
