*Description*
Our client is looking to bring on a workflow consultant to their services team. They are looking for someone who can partner directly with their customers to assess operational needs, map out workflows, and configure patient flow solutions. *This is a traveling role, 75% travel domestic and internationally, the rest of the work will be remote. * This role plays a key part in helping clients improve processes, adopt best practices, and drive meaningful outcomes across patient flow and healthcare operations. The position is fully customerfacing and requires candidates to meet all client/vendor credentialing requirements for onsite work. The Workflow Consultants will work directly with health system executives, clinicians, and operational teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, including postdelivery. They act as a thought leader in patient flow and a change agent, helping clients adopt new processes and improve outcomes. They will assess currentstate workflows, evaluate organizational readiness, and gauge patient flow maturity while managing project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. The role also includes leading workflow design sessions with crossfunctional teams, capturing process changes, documenting updates, and aligning training needs based on those sessions. They will also run workflow validation sessions to ensure the organization is ready to adopt the new processes and complete required training to support multiple, complex projects within the department. *Education* A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in a healthcare-related field such as clinical, operations, or IT. *Licenses & Certifications* Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred. A valid driver's license and passport are required. *Experience* Candidates should have at least one year of experience as an Application Specialist and two or more years in a clinical, patient placement, or health system operations role. They should also have at least two years of direct, facetoface client interaction and an understanding of client/vendor dynamics is preferred.
