Must be capable of training, motivating and organizing work force. Must have technical skills to provide guidance and direction for continual improvement projects. Responsible for the safety, quality and efficiency of assigned processes. Complete daily production reports and maintain Daily Management System communication boards located in production areas. Accountable for the proper logging and tracking of material consumed on assigned production operations. Must be capable of working any shift in support of the production plan. Travel Requirements Up to 25% travel likely. Pay Range (USD) $62,650 - $116,350 Benefits Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k plan and are eligible for the Non-Contributory Retirement Contribution.
