What You'll Do:

This role is at the heart of our product management team, supporting the profitable growth of specialized product categories. You'll be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen to inform pricing, inventory, and portfolio strategies across critical components.



  • Data & Reporting Excellence: Perform advanced data manipulation using spreadsheets to support daily and strategic decision-making. Prepare essential backorder and availability reports, collaborating with supply chain partners to identify root causes, explore workaround options, and determine recovery timing. Leverage business intelligence dashboards and reports to visualize performance and communicate actionable insights.
  • Product & Pricing Strategy: Contribute to critical business decisions by analyzing sales performance, retention periods, pricing, competition, and margin. Support pricing activities, including setting new prices, implementing changes, and conducting competitive benchmarking. Assist in core management, including returns, issue identification, and recovery recommendations. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Operational Impact & Collaboration: Navigate and utilize sales and aftersales systems to retrieve and validate data. Report on key meetings to share analyses, align stakeholders, and drive decisions. Communicate complex problems and analyses in clear, concise, and digestible formats for diverse audiences, from field teams to leadership. Partner with field teams and dealers to understand issues, gather feedback, and support resolution plans.


This role offers direct impact on the specialized product business, exposure to advanced mechanical systems, cross-functional visibility, and hands-on experience with advanced aftersales systems. You'll thrive in a blend of analytics and product strategy, collaborating with supply chain, dealership, logistics, and warehouse teams.

What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing, and large-data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboards for visualizing performance and communicating insights.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency in building reports and communication.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, such as with an OEM, supplier, or dealership.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to convey complex problems and analyses into clear, actionable information.
  • Proven ability to work through ambiguity and pivot quickly as priorities or market conditions change.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with decisions grounded in dealer and end-customer impact.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders, and sporadically leading meetings.

  • Working knowledge of advanced mechanical systems, particularly those related to vehicle propulsion and performance.
