Motorola Solutions is looking for a tech-savvy and ambitious revenue operations professional to drive continued new customer growth. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve sales performance and efficiency in partnership with sales leadership. This person will be a key stakeholder in helping our high-performing and growing sales team close more deals, faster.

You will be a "change agent" driving meaningful improvement initiatives within the Sales organization. You will be tasked with identifying and delivering initiatives that drive measurable improvements, like faster sales cycles and increased win rates, and empowering sales leadership with insights to proactively spot risks and opportunities. A key component is to drive adoption and sales enablement across the organization with new tools and processes. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with the sales leadership team, collaborate with other departments.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify, develop, and lead projects that drive measurable improvements in sales performance, efficiency, and revenue growth, including optimizing processes to reduce friction, improve sales process and enablement.

  • Design and maintain data structure, integrations, and automation across our sales tech stack (Gong, Hubspot and Salesforce, among other platforms) to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes

  • Support pipeline generation efficiency efforts; You will be the leader in driving alignment between sales, customer success and marketing

  • Providing insights into tool and AI usage to help streamline processes and production

  • Provide ongoing training and enablement on sales processes and tools to ensure high adoption and effective utilization, including leading regular AI adoption sessions

  • Creation, organization, and maintenance of training materials, presentations, and resources.

  • Other key projects as the Revenue Operations department is being developed such as Deal Desk, new system integration, data and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role, or similar

  • Experience working with Sales Reps and leading training programs preferred

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; keen attention to detail

  • Understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions, sales best practices, and KPIs

  • Required systems experience: Experience administering Salesforce, Hubspot and Gong; using GenAI tools like Gemini and other AI tools in a business setting

  • Preferred systems experience: Zoominfo, Zoho, Seismic

  • Excel skills to Intermediate level

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
