We work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our sales professionals have the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. Our mission is to empower the sales team to win more deals and drive revenue growth for the company. Job DescriptionMotorola Solutions is looking for a tech-savvy and ambitious revenue operations professional to drive continued new customer growth. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve sales performance and efficiency in partnership with sales leadership. This person will be a key stakeholder in helping our high-performing and growing sales team close more deals, faster. You will be a "change agent" driving meaningful improvement initiatives within the Sales organization. You will be tasked with identifying and delivering initiatives that drive measurable improvements, like faster sales cycles and increased win rates, and empowering sales leadership with insights to proactively spot risks and opportunities. A key component is to drive adoption and sales enablement across the organization with new tools and processes. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with the sales leadership team, collaborate with other departments. What You Will Be Doing

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
