Responsibilities Program Manager - Operation Quality Home (O-QH)
Delivering Homes Worthy of Military Families Position OverviewThe Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, and enterprise-scale administration of Operation Quality Home (O-QH) - a national program to standardize inspections, strengthen accountability, and improve housing quality for military families. The Program Manager is accountable for program execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and performance outcomes across all program locations. This position serves as the primary program authority responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, operational consistency, and successful delivery of program objectives. Key Responsibilities

Additional Details Worksite Arrangement: This position is located in the Institute for Building Technology and Safety headquarters office in Ashburn, VA, and follows a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote work arrangements. Travel: This position will require periodic travel to project sites, customer offices, and stakeholder meetings.
