In this role, you will be the driving force behind the creation, update, and management of a wide array of creative assets. You will leverage your expertise to ensure all materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your contributions will be essential in developing scalable solutions and coordinating complex creative projects, directly impacting how information is consumed and perceived across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Independently manage a diverse project list, demonstrating self-sufficiency and proactive problem-solving.
* Serve as the primary interface between internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
* Oversee the entire project workflow, from initial concept and routing for approvals to final implementation and feedback integration.
* Conduct comprehensive audits of existing collateral, including digital platforms, video content, knowledge base articles, and physical merchandise.
* Develop and maintain a master tracking document for all assets requiring updates, ensuring clear oversight and prioritization.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure all updates meet program needs.
* Implement creative and content updates across all designated touchpoints, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
* Manage version control and approval workflows for all assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Update and refresh training and onboarding materials to enhance clarity and engagement.
* Redesign and refresh tutorial videos, including graphics, lower thirds, and end cards, to improve visual appeal and information delivery.
* Redesign knowledge base content templates and visual elements for improved usability and aesthetics.
* Update merchandise designs, ensuring they reflect current branding and messaging.
* Develop templated assets to ensure scalability and consistency across future creative needs.
* Build out a comprehensive template library, including posters, one-sheets, and success story templates.
* Create a modular design system to support future collateral development, promoting efficiency and consistency.
* Document clear usage guidelines for each template to ensure proper application across teams.
* Coordinate logistics for success story shoots, including facility arrangements and scheduling.
* Source and schedule participants for casting in success story content.
* Manage participant releases and all necessary documentation.
* Coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution of shoots.
* Provide project management and creative execution support for additional marketing initiatives and emerging priorities as needed.
* Adapt quickly to evolving program needs and workstream requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or creative production.
* Demonstrated proficiency in both project management capabilities and creative execution.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
* Proven experience in managing creative projects and fostering successful relationships with external agencies.
* Proficiency with creative tools for design and asset creation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse teams.
