Security Officer - Warehouse Screening

As a Security Officer - Graveyard Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for service, document observations, support access control, and communicate clearly with employees, guests, and emergency partners. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of office, campus, and/or facility areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes, as directed by post orders.
• Monitor access points to help manage authorized entry and exit, assist with visitor check-in practices as assigned, and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calling for assistance, documenting observations, and helping coordinate responses with on-site teams.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate updates during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
