Role Description

The Global Product Owner for the Colleague Assistant (HR Domain) leads the strategic direction, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the Colleague Assistant across 70+ markets. This role is accountable for ensuring the product achieves business objectives, drives global adoption, and delivers measurable value to the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES

End-to-End Accountability

  • Own the business case and continuously refine the value proposition for the Colleague Assistant (HR Domain).
  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and impact.
  • Ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals, maintaining accountability from ideation to value realization.

Vision & Roadmap

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with HR and organizational strategy.
  • Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for global rollout, enhancement, and scalability.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure roadmap priorities reflect business needs and market trends.

Product Delivery & Adoption

  • Oversee all phases of product delivery, from development to launch and post-launch support.
  • Drive product adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor colleague feedback and usage data to inform ongoing improvements and maximize value realization.

Requirements & Enhancements

  • Manage and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with HR, ZTD, and business partners.
  • Maintain a backlog of enhancements and new features, balancing global consistency with local needs.
  • Facilitate agile huddles and ensure clear, actionable requirements for development teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR, business leaders, and technical teams regarding the HR Digital Assistant.
  • Build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and delivered value to executive sponsors and other key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage analytics and market insights to identify opportunities for product optimization.
  • Ensure the Colleague Assistant (HR Domain) evolves to meet changing business, regulatory, and user needs.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Customer/Employee Experience Design: Expertise in designing and optimizing digital journeys that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Experience implementing standard approaches for knowledge management.
  • Agile Product Ownership: Proven ability to write user stories, manage backlogs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Global & Multilingual Experience: Track record of delivering products across international markets and languages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in product management, product ownership, and/or HR technology leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering digital HR products or platforms at scale, ideally within a global, multi-market environment.
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and adoption in large organizations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
  • Prior exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) or digital assistants is highly desirable.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate and present to executive audiences.
  • Advanced project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and techniques to drive product adoption.
  • Ability to balance global standards with local customization needs.
  • Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and data teams.
  • Multilingual skills or experience working with multilingual teams is a plus.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Practitioner, Project Management Professional) are highly advantageous.

  • Achievement of business case objectives and ROI.
  • Attainment of KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, user satisfaction, efficiency gains).
  • Delivery of roadmap milestones on time and within budget.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and engagement.
  • Continuous improvement in product capabilities and business impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000.00 - $209,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
