Job Summary The Riding Experiences Associate (REA) is the first point of contact for Museum guests and will beresponsible for providing world-class riding experiences, hospitality, and a positive, enjoyable learningexperience for all guests. The REA role is an integral part of our Museum team, responsible for supportingthe Motorcycle Demo & JumpStart Program operations. REAs are responsible for welcoming all Museumguests, demo registration through a Global Lead App system, explaining a demo route, educating guestsabout new products and services, maintaining the motorcycle fl eet and equipment, safety checks, teachingguests how to ride through a JumpStart dyno and set up and tear-down of all operations. As a customerservice / hospitality representative focusing on riding experiences REAs provide guests with information toenjoy their on-campus experience. Job Responsibilities
