What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will serve as the technical executive authority for our most significant public sector accounts, directly influencing how government entities adopt Digital Twins and Asset Management standards. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the product-to-service loop, advocating for features that eliminate technical friction and driving the architectural integrity of solutions that support vital global infrastructure.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Serve as the final authority on solution design and technical governance, ensuring configurations for large-scale asset owners are scalable and align with global industry standards.

  • Lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants, fostering technical excellence while optimizing resource utilization and project profitability.

  • Act as the primary technical liaison to the Product team, advocating for enhancements that reduce implementation friction and eliminate the need for custom workarounds.

  • Orchestrate technical scoping for major RFPs and validate the feasibility of Statements of Work to ensure proposed architectures meet stringent government SLAs.

  • Conduct high-level project health audits and risk reviews, acting as the final line of defense for delivery quality and the primary technical point of escalation for government CIOs.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services leadership with a dedicated focus on technical delivery for Public Sector or Institutional Owner accounts.

  • Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, including expert knowledge of COBie, IFC standards, and BIM data integration.

  • Proven financial acumen in managing P&L, billable utilization, and high-margin consulting within fixed-price government frameworks.

  • Extensive experience reviewing and validating technical requirements within Government RFPs, SOWs, and Master Service Agreements.

  • Advanced proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools for tracking resource capacity and technical utilization.

Bonus Points For

  • Advanced certifications in AI applications for construction or emerging AECO technology trends.

  • Experience navigating complex regional data residency laws and specialized public infrastructure security audits.

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or Information Systems.

Logistics

Location: Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR

Travel Requirement: Up to 25% or as needed to support customer and project needs.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
