The Product Studio brings this innovation to market. As the team responsible for developing, launching, and operating tech-enabled digital experiences within Mattel Digital Studios, the Product Studio transforms validated ideas into successful, scalable products. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies and deep consumer insights, the team delivers joyful, high-quality digital experiences that extend Mattel's brands into new and emerging forms of play. As Product Manager, Digital Experiences, you will help create the next generation of AI-powered digital experiences at Mattel. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a set of AI-centered digital experiences, from concept through launch and live operations. These experiences represent a core business within Mattel Digital Studios, focused on delivering meaningful consumer value, deep brand engagement, and sustainable commercial performance. What Your Impact Will Be: You will work closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, data, production, brand, and marketing to turn emerging AI capabilities into joyful, playful, and responsible consumer experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product leader who thrives in ambiguity, blends creative instincts with analytical rigor, and is excited to shape how AI can enhance how consumers experience Mattel's brands. Responsibilities * Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-centered digital experiences, from concept through launch and live operations. * Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance creativity, personalization, and storytelling in ways that deepen how consumers engage with and experience Mattel's brands. * Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating vision into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and high-quality consumer experiences. * Define consumer-facing AI behaviors, interactions, and experience principles in partnership with design, engineering, and data science teams. * Collaborate with Producers, Designers, Engineers, and external development partners to deliver scalable, market-ready digital products. * Use consumer insights, analytics, and performance data to inform prioritization, iteration, and ongoing optimization. * Define and own product success metrics across engagement, retention, and commercial performance. * Partner with Legal, Trust & Safety, Privacy, and Brand teams to ensure AI-powered experiences meet Mattel's standards for child safety, data protection, and ethical use. * Embed appropriate safeguards, consent flows, and content guardrails into AI-centered digital experiences. * Communicate product progress, risks, and performance clearly to stakeholders and leadership. * Advocate for the consumer experience, ensuring products deliver meaningful engagement, brand connection, and business value.
